Our Team consists of skilled, experienced & well trained youth development professionals, providing positive role models and mentors. We provide a Captain for all the campers, a leader for each 24 campers and a leader assistant for each 6 campers.

since I joined the challenger team they add many things in my life , I took a good experience in military, and it improved my character, it made me accurate, anxious for the safety of participants.
Emad Al-Khalayleh :
Age: 37
Experience: 1. Retired military-special forces
2. with a degree of several military courses
I joined challenger team and worked with the team spirit of the group and gained a lot of intellectual and manual skills by dealing with all ages, especially among children. I have worked with the team on developing the capacity of the participants and highlight their hidden talents and improving their personal leadership, teamwork, self-reliance, ice-breaking, bridge-building and lots of military skills.
Khader Abdul Karim Abu Mubarak :
Age 34
It's nice to have the ability to see many of the fascinating landscapes of your own country and to be able to live an atmosphere of adventure and challenge, also to recognize the most important features of local tourism, camping, hiking, and participating in competitions that help you build self-responsibility and recognize the importance and value of teamwork, this is really what I have lived through my work with challenger team, which made a significant impact in my personal and practical life and so I advise everyone to participate in activities organized by challenger team.
Nour Peter George Naaouri:
Age: 26 years old
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration
Challenger Team is the place where I find myself, where is an ongoing river of experiences that irrigate the human need, without exception or distinction. With Challenger Team whenever I give time, effort and expertise, I receive more confidence and knowledge, and become more in charge and discover hidden talents in me. The higher goal of this team is providing more and more appreciation and thanks to our beloved homeland and it links all parts of the community of all classes together.
5. Ahmed Yassin Saleh Abu Rumman.
Age: 31
Education: Master of talent and creativity
There are many things that Challenger Team gave me that I might not be able to count.. but I’ll try to mention some of them, first it increased personal skills in different areas, I visited places that I never thought it ever existed, I learned how to be a leader and how to work in a team, I learned how to deal with all different ages and how to contain others, and finally.. The most precious thing I gained is the brothers and sisters I got to know in the team.
A collection of wonderful people who were diverse professionals, assembled by hobby and love of adventure in one group, bringing together all shades of skills and creativity.
6. Ghazi Al-Ayed Alian Shawabka.
Age: 24
Education: Master of Finance and Banking
Identified the business activities carried out by inside and outside the Jordanian community. Working with the team developed my personality and my skills in many levels, it gave me the opportunity to Work for the community interest. And my biggest joy is when I observe and feel the outcome of the programs and trainings our team provides in the personalities of the participants.
7 . Thamer Walid Arnaout.
Age: 34
Education: Bachelor of Physical Education
Experience: 15 years in the field of dealing with the child and guidance and behavior modification.
It has been a big change in my life , a big improvement which I found the path to aid and support those who needed help ; help in adventure , in life skills , discovering how to deal with the unknown .

8. Muhammad Muslem Isa Al-Shobaki
Age: 44 years old
Education: Bs. In Low, Military Science, Investigation of Criminal Evidence.
Working with the challenger team is not a traditional job, it is a huge corporation in building the youth’s Future. I’ve known the Challenger Team since 5 years and I was amazed for the existence of such an organization and of the huge message it delivers. Working with the Challenger Team satisfies you and keeps you renovated.
Our message is to enrich the Jordanian youth and to strengthen his bonds with our country.
9. Ziad Eslim
Age: 37 years old
Education: Diploma in raising a child in addition to courses in teaching disables and first aid.
Any captain in the challenger team have the team spirit and added his spirit to the team, so the Challenger team added a lot of experience and improved skills for all of its captains, being a part of such a team that was founded to develop and train the young people makes me very proud.
10. Ebtesam Murad
Age: 31 years old
My ambition in life is trying everything new and learn from it, my field in office work made me search for something new, so I decided to get into a field that gives me courage, facing challenges, mixing up with all kinds of people and learning how to face life’s obstacles, I found what I was searching for with the Challenger Team.
I’ve been 10 years away from my hometown, and being with the challenger team family made me feel home.
11. Mohammad Al Ammad
Age: 27 years old
I started in youth work since I was young through a variety of interested organizations and I gained a huge experience, however, being with the challenger team have had a huge positive impact on me, for what excellent experiences, professionalism and intelligence in dealing with all kinds of participants, for which I found that I can deliver my message through the challenger team professionally.
